Freeview PVR for my folks, £200-ish budget

My folks have asked me to buy them a LCD tv and PVR for them so I can set it up when Im home for christmas. I have a £1000 budget in total of which I thought around £800 would go on the TV therefore I have £200 (maybe more to spend on a PVR). Having never bought a standalone freeview PVR before (always had a subscription service) I dont really know who makes good ones and whether or not I can even get a good one for that money. Any recommendations would be gratefully received.

There's really only two in this price bracket, The Topfield 5800 and The Humax 9300.
