Anyone had this? It's been since the update (the one that allows recording of a series)

Not noted that but i cannot do the recording of a series thing.

The only time I've experienced this it was because the hard-drive was nearly full. I just had to delete a few items I was never going to replay. However, if you haven't tried them two other actions may be worth taking:

1) Switching off (using the switch at the back) for a few minutes (that's after you've put it into standby).

If that doesn't work, try this:

2) Use the (software) re-set option to go back to the default settings.
