Anybody had problems with recording ncis,and blade the series friday night set both to record at 21.00 to 22.00 with chase play.Both started at 21.13 and finished recording at 22.00. Missing the first thirteen minutes.I have had some problems a few weeks ago with missing the first minute or so. I put this down to the broadcaster, but 13 minutes seems a bit much. And before anybody asks yes i did do a reset (several infact).

I didn't record these, but I haven't had any problems like this with mine.

If it keeps happening then you could set the Humax to start recording 15min before a show.

I know i could start recording 15 minutes before a show starts,but it defeats the object of having chase play.I just wanted to know if it was the humax or the broadcaster at fault.

There was a problem in firmware v20 where playing recordings (inc chaseplay) would prevent the 9200 reading the the live data needed for Accurate Record. Check your version and upgrade to v21 OR stop using the 'on-time' timer setting.

I paul i am on v21 allready, i have just padded all the timer recordings that i have on channel 5 and virgin.Sod accurate recording on these channels.

I forgot to say i got the original timings from the guide either the broadcaster or the humax ignored this.
