ive had the 9300 for 4 weeks ,but in the last 2 weeks its gone back to the default settings on 3 different times. all favourite channels were wiped off and any future recordings.even the cheapest freeview box does not do this.

Did you ever find a fix for this problem?

Only had mine a week & doing the same thing every time i turn it on.

My 9300 did this on a few occasions but has been stable since a firmware update fixed it. I'm at work and cen't tell you what version I have. Check yours and see whether Humax have something higher on the website.
