Foxsat HDR Series Record Problem

Foxsat HDR Series Record Problem
I've had a Humax recorder for about a month now as a Sky replacement and so far have been very impressed.

One thing that has caused some frustration though are apparent problems with the series record feature. On several occasions now although the series record option has been used it fails to record the first episode.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue and if so is an update expected anytime soon?

I've had a few issues as well, but there's a new update on the way!
