For the last month or so now my PVR-9300T has been locking up, displaying a coloured bar down the right hand side of the screen, been slow
to respond to remote and unable to load a complete EPG at varying times and frequencies. There is no pattern to this but the machine is
nearly unusable at present. Can you give me an explanation as Richer Sounds said it was a known problem and an update OAD was imminent. If
not I will request a replacement.

We are aware of this and are working on a software update to correct the problem, its currently being developed and tested, we do not have a release date but once the software is ready it will be launched over the air and your unit will automatically download it,
