World Tour Soccer 2 is available from yourpsp.com
Mercury 2 is available from Japan from this link:

Both need the 2.8 firmware I believe.
Just off to try them now.

this is good news, its such an obvious ideas to offer demos for download, I hope the can get he PSOne emulator working soon.

If you first make dure you download the 2.8 firmware, then you should be able to download Mercury 2 onto your pc and just transfer it over into your PSP's UCJS10043 folder.

I keep getting an error when i try to download the world tour soccer demo
EDIT: nevermind i got it, sure is a rubbish website though.
