Quite a surprisingly fun game - but I wonder how much substance it has in single player mode?

Multiplayer I guess would be fun, but how often would you come back to it?

I'll play the trial some more, but if anyone else has got it too - what are you thoughts?!

I was just about to start a thread about this game

I was surprised @ how much fun this game is.

The music & sound effects in the menus can be a little annoying, but I presume there is an option to turn these off?

Can't remember how much the game costs, but if it's undder a fiver then I'll probably purchase it (tonight)

***EDIT*** £6.29 is a little too steep IMO. Saying that though, it's a damned site cheaper than buying a full new & current season NHL game

I downloaded this and ended up playing it more than the Killzone 2 demo

Best result was 5-1 to me

I'm probably going to get it for a bit of fun.....Small Goalieeeeeee!!

I bought it as a fun pick up and play title!

Online works really well also - played a couple of games and they both ran smooth as silk

Not sure how long I'll keep coming back to it come the 27th Feb though

Shame I can't split the cost of the game with the missus for her console - Doubt very much she'll fancy hockey.

Yeah, but I'm not sure if this works anymore.
It seems as if Sony have blocked this - I tried it with High Velocity Bowling, which said it was shareable, and it didn't work on my mate's console

I've shared this on two different PS3's and can confirm that sharing does work for me no probs.

Good fun little game as well. Wish it had the real teams in there as I'd love to play as the Flames but never mind. Definately worth a purchase if you can split the cost.

No problems here either, and even with that specific game.

That's strange, I dunno what went wrong - I left my account on that PS3, with the password saved, and the account activated

have you already activated the 5 PS3's that you are allowed? Thats about the only reason why i can think it would fail.

Its ok - however NHL2k games have a much better version 2v2 and 3v3 I reckon you could pick either of those up quite cheaply and you get extra minigames on top

Nope, my machine was the first, his machine was the 2nd, I havent used up any other activations and it told me that his machine was activated.
