Has anybody seen anything of this title?

Supposingly to be released early next year

Burn Zombie Burn. Arcade Zombie Action for the PS3

Kinda reminds me of that snes game (funny enough with zombies but can't remember the name of it)!!..

It looks interesting. I loved Zombies Ate My Neighbours on the SNES and if this is anything like that it should be good. It also reminds me somewhat of the recent PS3/360/PC release Monster Madness although that game wasn't well received.

Try the game before you pan it. Do you pass judgement on all things based on your viewing of a few screen captures and videos?

FYI there is no shoot with the right stick in this game. I downloaded it last night and found it good fun, it's no COD4 but it'll keep you entertained for a while.

Another great PSN game for the price of 2 and-a-half pints. Even my missus likes it. Not sure if that's a good thing or not - but at least she's not playing that bleeding Zuma demo over and over...

Anyone got any tips how to get a decent score?

Only just managed to get the bonze last night, game seem to last ages.

Also - what's the best weapon? I seem to stick to the machine gun - straight forward, no nonesense shooting!

I do like the lawn mower though, very effective (if a little messy...

)

Max out those dynamite power ups quickly, during the first few waves if at all possible, before things get hectic. Then simply run through a clump of them and set them alight, having them chase you. Plant an explosive, stand behind it to lure them into it's blast radius them detonate. You'll get 100x multiplier for the kills, allowing you to rack up big scores in next to no time.

Got my first gold medal last week, for the Woods freeplay. They want 16.25m for the developers medal though, not a chance. By the time I hit 6m the screen was just rammed with toxic zombies moving so quickly they were dodging the mini gun bullets. Something crazy like wave 600 or so.

Best weapons are the bats, chainsaw and lawnmower. Every other weapon becomes more than a bit useless later on when every second zombie or so is carrying a shield.
