Evening All - Happy New Year

So as you can see from the title i'm thinking about the following setup:

PS3 (Got )
Yamaha DSP-AX763 (Pending )
Q ACOUSTICS 1010i 5.1 + Q ACOUSTICS 1010i Pair(Pending )
Samsung LE40A656 (Got )

Firstly what do you think of the setup? Any recommendations on alternatives for the AV Amp and Speakers?

Secondly I think i'm clued up on how to rig this up via HDMI but I need some clarification .

So i'd connect the PS3 to the Amp/Speaker combo through HDMI In and then to get the TV involved would I HDMI out from the AMP to the TV?

I run the ps3 with the ax763 and a set of quad lites. Connected as you mentioned, HDMI from PS3 to AMP and AMP to TV.
