80gb SKU any less reliable ?

I used to have a 40gb - no problems

I have a 80gb now - and yesterday the machine failed to turn on - the blue and green light were both on - but the green light just kept flashing continuously ...

in the end I pressed and held the front power button it powered down, and then it turned on ok

today I was playing around in the Folding client and it just locked up

anyone else have any similar problems ? what does a flashing green led on turn-on mean ?
