Blu Ray Boxes

Why are they 1.5cm smaller than a DVD box, they make my DVD stack look untidy

Re: Blu Ray Boxes

To deliberately annoy IKEA! Now they have to bring out a new range of racks.

real reason, smaller = lower production costs, fit more into containers etc.

Re: Blu Ray Boxes

Surely its cheaper to use DVD boxes rather than make special ones? , IKEA will just have a new product to flog

Re: Blu Ray Boxes

Initially it would probably be cheaper, in the long run though its more cost effective to use these smaller boxes. Also it makes them seem newer and fresher. Good for PS3s image.

Re: Blu Ray Boxes

Even more annoying, my Black Hawk Down Blu-ray from the US is thinner than my region B ones. Just a little OCD...
