Reading up on these guys, they have good prices but customer service appears to be minimal when things go wrong. Also quite a few people complaining of pre-orders being cancelled because they can't get hold of stock and also items listed in stock that aren't etc. If you find something ultra cheap it might be worth a punt but if it's money you can't afford to lose maybe look elsewhere:

I've used them quite a lots for cds and DVDs they give good prices and offer products that can be difficult to get hold of in the UK, but their customer service isn't great and sometimes they take months to dispatch and deliver stuff.

I really wouldn't recommend them. I've used them in the past and had a lot of problems. They sold me stuff claiming it was the UK version (I even double checked with them before buying) - when it arrived however it wasn't and then they ignored all my emails. When I finally spoke to a manager I was told I had to post it back to a returns centre in Cyprus at my own expense to get a refund?!

They also don't operate within the law. They sold me versions of games which had clear strict warnings on them saying they were illegal to sell in Europe. Their customer services is the worst I've seen. If you have problems with them you're screwed...

I used to use them a lot and found them ok...a couple of customer service issues which they did sort of resolve. I don't find their prices that keen any more so tend to use Shop to or Zavvi or Lovefilm Shop (every time I buy a DVD etc, I get an extra rental).
