Cops and Robbers Add On
Greetings everyone
Yesterday I downloaded the 1.80 update for Burnout Paradise.I also purchased the Cops And Robbers pack as well.I installed the update and downloaded and installed the aforementioned pack.Imagine my surprise when I attempted to play it today and found that the i could NOT use any of the 35 Cop vehicles!It informed me that the vehicles were not available because of either of the following issues:I had not signed in to PSN,the settings on the Playstation Store do not allow to access the store and you are too young(I happen to be 47 years old).I then triplechecked my account management and it clearly showed that I had purchased the add on.I also checked my download list and lo and behold I had dowloaded it and installed it!I am mightily cheesed off and not a happy bunnyIs there a solution to this problem and if so could you please enlighten me as to how I get round it?Many thanks for your help and assistance on this very very annoying problem.

That sometimes happens if you have bought DLC from the wrong region. Although the disks are region free, you still have to buy DLC from the same country that your disk was intended.

Other than that contact Criterion as they should be able to help ... or at least point you to the correct direction to pursue it.

Also it could just be a dodgy download, a quick test would be to be delete your game data (NOT your game SAVE), and restart the game. It should download the update again, and then you can download the DLC again (from the store).

Dumb question but what's the difference between game data and game save?

Game data is the file on your hard drive when you install the game, game save is your position in the game with challenges and trophies etc.
