It's Burnout Paradise + All the free packs that have been released + The party pack that's being released at the beginning of Feb

So basically it's "Burnout Paradise: The latecomer's edition"

along with an ingame store to purchase them from. first update to include the store and the packs that are in the ultimate box will be out 6th feb

It would be a good idea to buy this off the US Store where it's $29.99?

I bought this when it 1st came out but gave up because i didn't have a cluw what i was doing at 1st.

How long do the trophies take to get? Are they easy?

Yes very easy. I got about 30 trophies in 3 hours like 6 silver and 24 bronze.

at last!....thats why I sold this game a few days after it came out. having to go back to try and find a start line annoyed the hell out of me.
