I'm still addicted and still play freeburn online despite having got all 350 challenges and 101% completion long ago.

Anyone else still playing or is everyone waiting for the next update?

Sure do - an hour or two most days infact.

220 hours online at the moment.

Some players have over 1000 plus hours over at Criterions forums.

yeah, I can get onto the oceanview sign, onto the building yard by the bridge under construction and found the glitch that drops you inside the exhibition hall.. but all the others are a bit beyond me!

I only got my PS3 about 2 weeks ago, and Burnout last week, so yes, I'm still playing!

About 7% complete so far....

Yes there is also some downloadable content comming soon on burnout.The rumours are extra map and vechicles including bikes.Don't know if it will be a freebie or ££££££££££.

Not at the moment, I got bored with it after finishing the challenges & completing the offline game. No doubt I will go back to it though when the extra content is released though

I completed all the races, billboards and jumps a while ago, played other games and came back to this the other day. Finally found the last 2 smashes and started the challenges online - they're great! I set up a freeburn online but had to kick a couple of people who had no desire to complete the challenge when the other 6 or 7 had. I wish you could ban people like that!

Great game and tbh, 1.3 will make it even better.

When you look at R6v releasing a whole new game with a few updates, Criterion are definately doing best by the public releasing things as they are. Brilliant use on online medium, DLC etc.

Thinking about digging this out and completing all the online challenges before the Cagney Update is released on the 10th of July. I have completed the 2 and 3 player challenges (for the 101% ) so is anyone interested in doing the others?

I ahvent played this in a little while now. Got frustrated trying to do some of the burning routes and not being able to get to the finishing line within the time limit.
WIll probbaly start playing again once the update is out for it.

What car are you using? I find a strong car as opposed to fast was the key to doing these & take the enemy cars out at every possible opportunity. I take it that you have not yet done the challenge where you need to do a marked man in a F1 car - that's loads of fun

PhatPig - Looks like your talking about the Marked Man events whilst Dave-S is talking about Burning Routes where you have to reach a point with a particular car to get the upgrade, you cannot choose a car in a burning route.

Dave-S: I found these tough too but while trying to figure out the shortest route always use the I-88 or the railtrack where ever possible and this makes the burning routes a bit easier, in some cases I finished with 20-30 seconds spare.

Koopa - I will add you when I have completed the s10 race in GT5 - its doing my head in at the minute...


Anyone else interested in completing the online challenges??

It's new cars (only unlocked through online challenge events, one this weekend unlocks the giant 4x4 land rover type car) new timed 2-part challenges and best of all, online marked man, road rage and stunt modes...
