Trophies carry over from PSN version to Ultimate box?

Trophies carry over from PSN version to Ultimate box?
A friend on mine let me download Burnout Paradise from his account but unfortunately I had to deactivate resulting in me unable to carry on playing.
I am plannng on buying Ultimate box but I'm wondering what will happen to the trophies that I unlocked from the PSN version? Will I unlock them again if I get them on ultimate box?

Trophies are linked to your account, so you won't have to get them again.

Trophies will be saved, but the save data from the download version will not be compatible though.
