Home (jpn) siren mini-game

WOW is all i can say. It's just a 20+16mb download.

YouTube - Home - Siren Mini Game

Basically you queue for this mini-game which is multiplayer and you CAN DIE IN HOME LOL...

Here's a quote from the original guy that found it, props to him.

Now this is a small taster of what they can do with Home, the potential is starting to surface. This imo is far more involving than the Red bull race or anything we have on EU at the moment and here's the kicker, you get Home items for completing it -

Scenario #1 - Awards = Nurse Outfit and Sword Cabinet
Scenario #2 - Award = Doctor Outfit
Scenario #3 - Award = Beauty Outfit (added corrections by TheLegendRiku)

Male and female SIREN t-shirts are awarded for finishing any scenario.

Now.. your group must try to stay alive while exploring hospital. you must pick up items, you must solve puzzles and you must avoid zombie nurses. They walk around and have the same animations as the actual game. You have a personal flashlight on you. Often times the camera will switch to a fixed angle (ala resident evil). Party members will get killed, your group will scatter. Music and sound effects (and even screen filter) directly from game. Death is absolute and you will be thrown out of the game which makes it tense. Yes, you can be killed in Home.

I'm trying to get my mind around this. i just played Siren Online Multiplayer and it was freaky and awesome! And it was just a twenty mb download (the space) in Home. the possibilities blows me away and they were fully demonstrated here. Also, the surprise at the end o_o (I died first time but managed to finish in second run)

edit: you get home items depending on how many puzzles you solve for the group I believe (+ standard ones for just surviving)

Here's some very detailed walkthrough info if you want to be spoiled or are struggling.

BleedOrange11's SIREN Mini-Game Walkthrough - PLAYSTATION®3 Home - PlayStation.com Forums

I am gonna try this in approx 2/3 hrs because Japan is 9 hours ahead of us, it's probably absolutely packed right now. If anyone is interested, add me - psn PRO-EVO as the japanese are asleep!

That's awesome

I'm still one of the few strong believers in Home and this demonstrates why as there's a lot of potential.

I've got a Japanese account so i'll try it out some point today

yeah i think the real problem with Home was Sony announced it far too early, they should've just unleashed it instead they hyped it sooo hard there was no way it was going to deliver on day one.

If Home becomes this mini-arcade (which is what I reckon it will evolve into) then I'll be in there every night. We just need more retro stuff in there like Bomberman :D

Re: Home (jpn) siren mini-game

I popped on the space earlier and it was jammed packed.

Before entering the mini game the outside space is way too dark and low res that i can't see where i'm going.

I'll try again later to get into the mini game as it looks cool
