PSN - DLC for Skate 2 not working

I downloaded and installed the Skate 2 'Time is Money' DLC. (Please don't start a debate about how stupid / unfair etc this DLC is here*).

...It has unlocked all the clothing and other merchandise but not locations in the game.

I've restared the system and stuff but it doen't seem to have worked - is there anyone I can email to ask about this?

*I don't like the stupid challenges in Skate (or the annoying American calling me duuuuude every 20 seconds)...I just play this game casually in free skate and maybe the odd challenge - so I wanted the whole area to explore.
