Just though I'd start a thread where people can post any information they know of/find in relation to HOME freebie goodies.

I'm referring to things like free offers on furniture & similar items to put into personal spaces.

Yes, get the Namco download from the Hong Kong store (after setting up a Hong Kong PSN account), then just install it with your UK PSN account.

echochrome - not sure of the exact details as I don't have them, but...

When you do the things in the namco beta a little parcel/present box appears to let you know you've won something and then the next time you log into home the items get added to your wardrobe/items list.

I'm really struggling finding the vegetables on dig dug. I'm also struggling getting the flag on Xevious - I keep getting bombarded when i approach the river!

You don't need to 'find' the vegetables, they just appear after time. Just try to hang about until each one appears (not necessarily in the same game).

As for Xevious, just try pressing both fire buttons when you get near it to try to take everything out.

I managed to find the vegetables @ 2am this morning

I simply broke some of the rocks, & they appeared.


Not managed to uncover the flag yet though - it's a ball ache!

Having a few problems with the galaga one where you need to destroy your ship?
I tried shooting the alien that has my ship but then the ship just comes back down to me so I can't shoot it, also I have even let it get shot when it's joined on to my other ship at the bottom?

Any help appreciated.

Are you shooting your ship or the alien? You need to actually shoot your own ship while its sat at the top I think, not when it's coming down towards you...?

You need to shoot your captured ship (red) while it is still captured (i.e. still 'attached' to the alien ship). Doesn't matter whether it is on the move or not (although it is mush easier to do it then), just as long as you shoot your own ship (not the alien ship) while it is still red.

I thought it might be that but the alien is in front of the ship so it's difficult to hit, I presume the time to do it is when the alien is coming down, does a 360 and your ship is then facing down?

Yeah, it can take a bit of practice (or you can get lucky ), but I find it easiest to do it when the alien ship is flying at an angle as it exposes part of your (captured) ship.

I think has been posted elsewhere on here, but there are/were 2 or 3 free tops in the diesel store, which I downloaded last night.

But having done ok on Pac-Man and Galaga, I'm now wearing the Pac-Man shirt. Thanks for the tips guys.
