I can't get on the store. I get error code 80023017. Nor can I access 'Account Management'

Is this just me or are other people affected?

I'm a bit concerned because I just swapped my 60GB HDD for a 320GB... could this have affected my PSN? Everything was backed-up and restored sucessfully.

Yeah, I get the same.

Be nice if there's was more than the 'suspension' notice, at least to the effect of 'maintenance' or 'internet connection problems'.

Well I posted about PSN maintenace today here.
