I agree i can see this getting very addictive, i mean there is so much that they could add...

By the way can i send you a FR Choy.?

I spent 5 mins sitting by the stream yesterday talking to someone looking at the little fisheys....

And be honest how many of us have stood by the Motorstorm advert trying out our dance moves only to have loads of people come over and do the same....

Like the feature where you can make a phone call in your pda if you have a head set.
Sony really need to put some cheap £8 bluetooth headsets in with all PS3's now.

And people need to use them more often as well!

re: Playstation Home V1.10 Public Release

The most fun I've had and I'm quite cruel was going up to some girl when it was quite empty this morning and asking her if she could trust me. Then telling how there's a brief case under the bridge going over the pond in Home square. She runs instantly to that location and comes back saying she can't find it.

Next fifteen minutes spent telling her how she has to summon the "Golden Frog" and complete three laps of the area. After watching her jogging around laughing my arse off she comes back and I say tp her you went around four times and missed him and hes gone back under one of the lilly pads.

I insisted it was true and the only way to gain Penthouse access before finally come clean and it was all a **** take.

I'm not sure that "chatting up" is the correct term here. No way am I trying to pick people on this. The thought never even came into my head.

re: Playstation Home V1.10 Public Release

I've had a fair long bash on this since Yesterday and although there's not a huge amount to do, what is there is very polshed and works Great

Home Square is very nice and clean as are the other Areas. I've noticed that the European BETA have much lower Qulaity Video playing on the large screens. On the US BETA they stream HD video no problem

As far as i'm aware, they plan to add a little content by the time the Public BETA is here like Clothes and Furniture. ATM i can't see myself buying a bigger appartment as i doubt i'll be in there much.

I think that when we start getting some Game Spaces (don't know why there's no Far Cry 2 or Uncharted with this)and the Trophy Rooms it will dramaticly improve.

You can get her to create her own avatar (is that their name) and swap between the two in the wardrobe. That is what me and my wife have done. So if any of you see me and it is a woman......you know why

I was speaking to someone on the seats in the bowling alley who had been in Home since July, and they said that the Far Cry room did used to exist but they removed it for the public beta. Apparently there were other things too, such as a bar.

Also has anyone come across ways to earn new items. I know by playing the echochrome game you get 8 new items (not exactly sure what they all are, but only seem to be clothes to make you look like the echochrome person).

Are there any other ways? I tried playing icebreaker (very addictive), but no items for that.

re: Playstation Home V1.10 Public Release

Will you be able to listen to music in your pad on a stereo and even watch video with a TV?
Or have they taken this feature out now?

Will be a bit pointless inviting people to your pad if you can't interact with things, would be good to discuss a game for example and listen to some music as well or even show somebody your latest screen shots.

I suppose the possibility's are endless lets just hope Sony are more pro active with this in adding things and make sure other company's do also.

Would be a shame just to get pointless updates every now and again and only the odd first party game supporting it.

Their on to a winner here but it needs shoving down peoples throats so to speak like Microsoft do with their services, otherwise it will just end up a fad.

I Think it would be great with added power like the PS4, if this is a success the the new system could all be in this 3d world, no XMB or traditional menus just load up and your in to your space and you do everything from there.

Well done Sony, now get fighting and push this hard your on the brink of world online domination.

Cool. They definately need to start chucking a Bluetooth headset in with the consoles but that could be a stretch when they still don't include a HDMI Lead

As far as i know, they were going to allow you to stream content from your HDD to Home devices Privately but not publicly because of copy right issues.

I'd like to know what happned to the Resistance Game Room and the Motorstorm Game launching they showed off last year? Unless they too were just to show what could be done

Yeah headset is a must for banter during Home games. I remember reading that you could have games you are playing show on the tv in your apartment for others to see....like invite 10 ppl to your pad, then play winner stays on Fifa....those that aren't playing can watch the current game on the tv.....I really hope that makes it, that would be brilliant

More than Likely but at a cost, probably £2.99 or something.

Wow, that would be superb. Make it happen Sony.

I've got my headset charging right now, hopefully the quality will be ok, I've only used it a couple of times on Fifa. If it isn't I'll have to get the official one when it comes out which wouldn't be a bad thing.

£2.99? i'll pass if it is.

I'm enjoying it at the moment but once the pool and bowling wear off there aint a whole lot more left to do is there? so can't wait to find out all the details of what we will be getting with home.

I over heard an american saying you need 400,000 points on icebreaker to get the clothes, and im inclined to believe him seeing as he was wearing a complete "IceBreaker" Logod outfit.

Theres a pair of shorts & a tshirt with pacman ghosts on it too, but i've no idea where to get those as no-one i asked would tell me...

Home looks like it could be brilliant, but i have a sneaking suspicion that Sony will mess it up by charging for every little item.

You just have to look @ LBP to see whats going to happen.

Want a new tshirt for your character? £3.99 please.
Want a pool table in your home space? £5.99 please.
etc etc etc.

That will put me off using home.
