Hi,

I just logged into my account to change the details for my payment and it wont accept my new debit card details. Ive tried about 5-6 times, but no different.

I can get into the store and the other day it wouldnt let me buy the little big planet t-shirt, but then after a few hours it would.

Anyone had these problems and know how to help?

I think after 3 or 4 attempts to enter your details, Sony blocks you out for 24hrs before you can try again, i had this problem for over 2 weeks, in the end my CC company had put a block on my card because they reckon, i entered my details wrong which to be honest i didn't.

Anyway after they unblocked my card i still couldn't put my details in as it still said the card was wrong, so after numerous phone calls to Sony which turned out to be as much help as a chocolate teapot, i tried inputting my details through the PC here is the LINK. It worked first time,maybe a problem on the PS3 side of it.
