PSN store prepaid cards are only available in Japan at the moment. Sony has not given any indication if and when they will be available in other regions.

I've got a HK card, with a code on it to purchase things from the HK store. Don't think they're available in the UK though (yet...? Surely must be in the pipeline)

I got sent a rather lenghty questionaire from Sony regarding the PSN and payment methods. A large focus of this questionaire was Paypal and prepaid payment schemes so it would appear to me that Sony are actively considering offering additional payment options to the UK PSN.

I would expect prepaid PSN card/tickets to be available in HMV/GAME in the near future as Sony are aware that some people may not have credit cards and/or may not be comfortable using them on the PSN.
