Hi,

I am trying to configure my BE online speedtouch modem wirelessly with the PS3.

I have searched and found the modem and entered the ssid and WPA key but when i try the connection test it connects to the modem then tries to exchange the network key and ends up timing out and giving a failed status.

At one point the PS3 got to the assigning ip address stage but again this timed out and gave the failed status.

Any one help who has the same setup?

I had the same problem, the key is case sensitive so try entering it again with capitals(or not) and it should work. Hope this helps.

btw..since im a fellow BE and PS3 user..i thought i would ask what do you lot think of using the PS3 online with BE?

So far using the PS3 online has been excellent! PSN downloads are MEGA fast, online playability is seamless and having played PS2 games online i think BE is probably one of the best isp's for online gaming!

I am also a BE user and the downloads have been very fast, so fast that I have started to download anything on the US store and my PS3 drive is starting to get full now.
