Whenever I load up FIFA 10 it is telling me that I cannot connect to the EA server, I never had this problem with FIFA 9 (or indeed any other game). At first I thought the issue was with EA but all of my friends seem able to get online.

I have tried to login to EA on their website but it does not recognise my password/email, I have tried to reset my password but whenever I click on the link they email to the account linked to my PSN ID and I type in a new password it comes up with system error.

I cannot email EA as I cannot log in. Any suggestions?

System Error. Please try again later.

I have typed in sufficient digits and have still been getting this message for months.

I've been having the exact same problem as well. I was hoping to find the solution on here, but only found your post with no replies

I just created a second account to try and email them. When i click the "email us" link at the bottom of the page I have to re-enter my login details. I use the new account details, but the page then comes up with a page load error. i'm just going round in circles!!!!

...and i'm seriously unimpressed with EA.

I found a contact number for them on a different forum somewhere but it's only open until 9pm. I can try and call them off the work phone tomorrow but no doubt i'll be on hold for a long long time and will probrably also leave a nice charge on the bill for my boss to query me on.

one of their offices used to be in the road next to me... lucky it's not there anymore otherwise my copy of FIFA10 would be going through their window!
