Can i make an PSN account and download demos in other languages

Yep

Create a new user on your PS3, then go the PS Network tab and sign up for a new account, except set the country "where you live" to something else, e.g. Japan.

I have done it, i´m attempting to buy a game but I can´t change the country when I have to enter my creditcard info, guess i´ll have to get a game card eh?

EDIT WAT sony still hasn´t released euro psn cards!¿!?!¿?
