Hi all,

I've only just started using Home, but I've noticed that all the advertisements (eg the posters in Home Square) are in German. I'm using a UK-bought PS3, UK PSN account, haven't changed any language settings - is this typical or have I messed up a setting somewhere?

It's not UK Home, it's EU Home. They're probs trying to not leave our German mates feeling left out.

Quite a mystery why the german adverts appear in the Aus Home though, unless there isn't specifically a version of home for Australia & you connect to the EU version.

Yeah I thought maybe they were just cycling through various European languages, but seems to have been German for a while.

As for the Aus Home, yep, it is the same one. Seems to be a PAL Home rather than an EU one.

The adverts cycle through various EU languages. I think maybe as they are loading it will stick on the first language in the loop (and unfortunately for us this doesn't appear to be English!). First time I saw this I thought it was a bit odd too.
