A quick and simple question for PS3 owners. I'm just about to go and buy a PS3 because my Xbox 360 just died from the E74 error.
My question is, can you connect the ps3 to a windows (XP) home network via ethernet and a router, and stream mp3's, pictures, movies etc. from the network like the Xbox does?

As already mentioned PS3 Media Server is the DLNA app you want on your streaming PC.

appreciate the hangover making things a little blurry today but this would probably fit better into the Media and Streaming section
