Angry PS3 wireless problems

I have recently changed my Netgear router (old for new) and i now have problems connecting wirelessly to the ps network, store etc. It will work via an ethernet cable fine but when i try to set it up wirelessly to does the following - allows me to select my network, asks me for my wpa key(password), when i enter this it gives me this message - A CONNECTION TO THE ACCESS POINT COULD NOT BE ESTABLISHED. CHECK THE SECURITY SETTINGS FOR THE WIRELESS LAN. (8013013E). I know the router is working correctly because mine and my friends laptops both connected to the network fine. Please help. The security on the router is set up as WPA-PSK.
