Connecting to the PS 3 Network

Hi,

I am currently working away from home, and the flat I am in has no land line, and due to the length of time I am there it is not worth paying for one.

This leaves me with a problem in that I cannot go online.

I am wondering if I can use a broadband dongle, can it be plugged into the PS3 or does it have to go through a wireless router.

If it does need a wireless router, does anybody know of one that will accept a broadband dongle.

I would appreciate some guidance.

With thanks,

Pat.
