since update can't access media servers

Everything was peachy up till about a week ago. Suddenly no DNLA tried to reset security and set the the router dns settings to open ones . Everything seemed to go through and I can access my router for browsing but can't access my pc public folders. shows no media servers found. Incidently it seems to want to use AOSS now

please can anyone help I'm a complete numbskull at this

i had the same problem with wmp 11 i couldn't work out what had changed, so started using ps3 media server and haven't looked back

even though there both the same? the tops a direct link and the bottoms a link for on here and all relevant info
