How do I change my user ID email and password to play online gaming with people. I forgot all of it. How do I make a new one? Any help is appreciated.

I'm guessing if you don't know your email you have autosign on enabled?

Signout then go to sign on again to bring up the email and password screen.

Follow this link and type in the email address and your DOB and the password will be sent to you.

Once you have the password you cna then change it and/or the email address in the account setting option on the PS3 (you have to online for this to be displayed)
