Hello

Just bought a song off the sing store seemed to download ok, but when it go's to the updating songs page it shows 0% and thats where it stays.

There is a folder in the top left with a circle going around it but thats it.

Cant play the game anyone had this?

I rang sony they said wait may be issues with network. I cant see this as its on the updating page, not the download bit.

Any help out there?

I've read that this may be down to a corrupted song and people who had this problem had to delete all of their songs and re-download. Not too much of an issue if you only have a few songs downloaded, but a total ball-ache if you have downloaded a fair few.

I agree with you regarding Sony's response, however it is possible it may have to go online to update an online song list profile (?). May be worth trying later on in the evening when hopefully network traffic will be at a minimum.

thanks for your responce I'll try a little later.

I did go on to the delete songs section and as soon as I go on to this page it auto go's to the updating songs page and gets stuck on 0%.

maybe sony can delete them all (73). As it does not let me.

I would double check online (and with Sony if possible) that you can re-download the songs if deleted, and if so, you 'should' be able to delete the songs directly from the game data folder without actually booting Singstar.

Yes I at to download every song, all 111 of them it took ages.
