Hi,
I currently have the following TCP/UDP ports opened through my router firewall;

TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223, 13505, 18800, 18805
UDP Ports: 53, 3478, 3479, 3658, 10000, 11000-11030, 18805

Am I missing any that would cause me to get an "Online Error, code UE8-16" when trying to connect to Singstore? There doesn't appear to be anything mentioned in the booklet that came with the disc (ABBA Singstar).

Any assist would be very much appreciated...

Without the latest patch installed you will not be able to go online. Please select a wallpaper other than the Abba background (eg: Noir Aqua), reboot your game and download the patch again. This should resolve your issue.
