Is any one els having problems connecting to singstore

I have been trying for days now, can't find anything on the internet to confirm if the there is a problem or not

any advice please

Thanks for that but seriously surely you would expect it to connect at least once.

Just for peace of mind, if I can connect to the sony store and EA servers then it nothing i am doing or have setup incorrectly

yeah if everything else is working it is their servers... I always have issues with them... but no other game issues..

Yes yes yes, the Singstar servers are total rubbish. I have had no end of problems trying to connect and buy new songs. Had a load of mates over for New Years Eve and it took 4 hours to buy and download 7 new songs.... terrible!

Was online last night with no problems other than it was a little slow but then my connection is slow anyway... I uploaded a couple of vids taken over the new year......

Made a mistake
despite reading about these servers problems I tried to buy a Song pack from the store 2 days ago.

Connection to the server is hit and miss but when downloading eventually starts, after a while I would get the aforementionned UEs error messages

I am going to give it a final try today but then if it aint working, I would like to claim my money back.

Problem is that I bought the PS3 in Japan and now live in China so no official SONY Customer Service over here

Who do you reckon I should contact

had a moment where it was playing up last night but managed to buy and download 7 songs successfully from it. Takes a bit of patience every now and again though you shouldn't really have to tolerate poor service.

This is pretty slow getting around the tracks and at times, it really hangs up. This has not stopped the Mrs spending a tenner on it though..
