Hi Everyone

My husband has just bought a PS3 and Ive got a singstar game which I have played twice, me and friends are hooked its fab

The only thing is I would like more songs but would like to choose my own. I have heard about singstore but could someone please take me through the steps of what I need to do please and I understand to have to register a payment card, how secure is it? I use my credit card on internet quite alot and have protection from credit card company as long as its a secure site which Im sure sony is.

Can't amswer your q's about what the process is but i would imagine it is very easy, much like buying extra content for games on the main PS Store.. Have you checked out the Singstar website? From what i rmember it's a great site for te game where you can browse songs and upload vids of you warbling if you so wish it might have some info on the store as well on it.

ive never had any trouble with my card details on the ps network . once your registered on the psn network with your card you just add funds ( minimum of a fiver at a time ) . you go online from the singstar game and go to singstore , browse vids and add to the cart the ones you want . when your done you go to checkout and it takes the money you have added to your account, if you havent got enough it lets you add funds from there anyway . hope this helps .

i've had big problems with the singstore servers (also, a lot of other people have too). I once bought 15 songs and when i tried to d/l them it wouldn't let me do it, anyway, 2 week later after trying on a daily basis i managed to d\l the songs. Not tried the store in the last 3 months so hopefully it may have improved.

You can now buy Points Cards from most High Street stores.

These work in much the same way as the Microsoft ones, in that you buy them in the shop then go home, log in to PSN and redeem the code on the card by scratching it off.

Might be easier for you if you're worried about security (not that you need to with PSN).
