Can I stream Spotify through the PS3 to my new Denon 1610 & Jamo speakers?

I've not done this but it should be possible.

Set up a windows PC (may work on Mac too) with Spotify. Install PS3 Media Server and VLC. You should be able to set up VLC to create an MP3 audio stream of the output of Spotify.

You might need another piece of software to capture the audio output of Spotify, I'm not sure.

You can then setup PS3 Media Server to pickup the VLC stream and deliver it as an internet radio station to the PS3.

If it all works, the PS3 Media Server will appear under the Audio section in XMB and within that you'll see your internet radio station which will stream whatever Spotfire is playing.

An alternative would be to buy a relatively cheap streaming audio device that can deliver audio from a PC or Mac. I think a Slingbox would do the job nicely. Then just plug that into your Denon.
