Ok, while living in Japan a couple of years ago, I was streaming Mp3s over my decent Core duo laptop and wired network using Tversity (Day1 happy user at the time). No problems with FF or buffer between tracks at all

My attempts to achieve the same over wireless failed miserably despite all the possible tweaking of Tversity settings
1year ago, moved to China in a huge apartment

where I had no other choice than using Wireless to stream

or the japanese will have killed me by the look of a 10m ethernet cable only
Problems started with video rendering and this awful stuttering so I switched beginning this Year to PSMS which fixed the aforementionned issue so Video rendering was no more an issue indeed
Now on the Audio streaming front, despite all my attempts, it has proven impossible to playback a MP3 playlist without 10s buffering between tracks or while shuffling
I have read so many other people having the same problem that I dont get why Video playback can be achieved decently over wireless but not the MP3 one
I get between 75-80%signal on the PS3, my laptop is a Core Duo 2years old laptop wireless g so not bad set-up me thinks

I got my music stored also on an external HDD but as SONY cant get their fingers out to get playlist creation/playback from tracks not stored on the internal HDD,I am stuck as we speak
any views with PSMS tweaking or wireless network adjustment appreciated
