PlayTV files to DVD (again)

Hi all

Ive been trying to get a TV programme from my PS3 onto a watchable DVD for most of the weekend and up to now Ive got a lot of unwanted coasters

I can get the .mts file converted to MP4 using Handbrake (Ive used about 10 different programs up to now) but the lip syncing is out.

Ive then tried taking this MP4 file and using DVD Flick to burn it onto DVD, but again lip sync problems.

Anyone know a simple way of taking the PlayTV file and burning it to DVD with no issues?

Cheers

PS. I realise there are other threads on this issue but none seem to actually solve it entirely.
