Fanatec Clubsport Wheel and V2 Pedals Reviews

Probably the most anticipated racing wheel has been reviewed.

This looks like a fantastic piece of hardware.

It's mint, there is no denying it.

However, I dread to think about the price considering the CSR Elite is £430!

A man of your calibre pocket change I think you would have to be pc sim racing as well to justify the cost tbh, don't think you will get much change from 1k if you were to buy base and both rims

Pricing, this may change! I'm not sure how solid the pricing is

ClubSport Wheel Base: 449,95
BMW GT2 rim: 249,95
Formula rim: 179,95
Clubsport Pedals V2 249.95

Prices are in Euros.

Do you have to buy a rim separately?

I can't find any other reference that suggests a lower price if base and wheel are purchased together, they are going to be releasing many other rims also so I guess that maybe the way it will be! I will keep an eye on it.

£500 for the base and an F1 rim. I could just about stretch to that I think, minus whatever I would get for the GT2.

I could forgo the 360 compatibility, it was a big deal for me pre Forza 4 but it didn't quite live up to expectations.

If I ever get round to building a PC I will pick one up for sure, I'm just wanting them to bring out a decent couple of rims for the elite first.

I'm sooo tempted..only thing that worries me is they've already said there's not much stock..and with Fanatec you pay when you order so they could be sitting on the money for weeks

I think I have a buyer lined up for my CSR and CSP V1's which will help

The V2 pedals will be 199.99 euros at least same as the V1s

Not scene any 'objective' reviews of the wheels yet. A lot of them have been given the rims & base at a 50% discount which may sway the reviews?

I think the pedals are set to be 249,95
I've not had an Elite so this is a no-brainer for me, more than anything cos I fancy a wall of rims :D

Anyway here's the pic of the F1 Elite rim, being signed by some race driver..
