I know it's a long way of release date but there were a few details revealed in an interview with Take Two's CEO, Ben Feder plus some not so information about the GTA:IV DLC.
Quote:
Agent will be "a game about espionage, set in the 1970s" and will be "very, very different" from Grand Theft Auto, according to Take Two's CEO, Ben Feder, in an interview with Eurogamer. Yeah, it's not much, but at least it's more than a name. He goes on to discuss the success of GTA IV and Chinatown Wars, as well as giving his refreshing take on the role of censorship in the video game industry.
Feder also discussed exclusivity in the industry today, calling them "relationship and contractual matters," where much information is left undisclosed. With regards to the PS3 exclusivity of Agent, Feder says they "won't disclose anything beyond what we've already said." Though he does go on to say that "it's important for us to be with Sony, and it's important for Sony, I think, to be with us." As for whether the GTA IV DLC packs will come to the PS3? "We don't talk about that, unfortunately."
Nothing before E3 i expect. They will probably blow out a little more in LA Noire after Red Dead. Thinking about this, this must be a 2011 game, especialy if LA Noire is releasing this year. They wouldn't want to dent sales.

It was Rockstar that proved you can release a game outside the last quarter of the year with GTA IV in 2008 and i think Red Dead Redemption will have the same effect so I think Agent will follow suit and fall into Q1 of 2011.
Looks like this may no longer be exclusive to PS3 judging from Trettons amibuous comments at the end of this interview, that would be a shame for PS3 fans
And looking back Pegi, looks like Q1 2011 was optimistic it does beg the question when though. I really think they must have skeleton teams working on all their projects, and they transfer them all to the next major project as and when.

So long as PS3 is lead I don't mind it going multiplat. We've seen the effect of this in LA Noire where the 360 version chugs in quite a few places.
