I'm not sure if any or, indeed, all, of the Region 3 game content is in English, so until I can confirm that I'll hang back on an offer.

Both the game and manual are in English as stated on the rear of the box:

Got some screen caps from another copy proving it is in fact in English:

As everyone should know by now all PS3 Games are Region Free, the only difference between this version and the UK version is that is has some Asian text on the box cover.

downloadable content is NEVER compatible with games from another region. You would have to buy content from the Hong Kong store (if it is the HK version I presume)
