Secret hiding places in GTA4

Ok I’ve gotten back into playing GTA4 online recently and noticed people in secret hiding places. Every time I approach to find the little sods I keep getting picked off.

SO, at the airport there is a hanger opposite the three helipads, there is always someone hiding in / around there, they’re not on top of the building otherwise they’d have the arrow on their coloured pointer, anyone know where there hiding so I can get the little scrotum? I’ve tried the doors but I can’t get in.

It's a glitch, check out this vid on Youtube. There are plenty of other glitches in multiplayer as well.

Thanks for the vid, i'm managed to do as it has suggested there and get into the terminal.

I'm still after a way of getting into the hangar though by the three choppers
