GTA IV update 1.04 keeps failing (error 80710723)

What's the problem? I can download demos and videos from PS network, in fact I have 1 complete and 4 pending (I have had to put them all on pause as I was getting an error message straight away and I thought this might be the problem). Now it gets to 9% and hangs, before disconecting, giving the error number 80710723.

I have enough space.

Not sure I like having to update a game (why?), I can understand why I would need to update the system, but individual games?

Is this a common problem?

I think its at their end it did work as I checked it but all i did was copy the error number and searched the forum over at

It came up with a dozen or so
