Hi all
I have completed about 7% of GTA IV (lame I know )
My question is do I continue or wait for the trophy patch.
Does anybody when the trophy patch is to be released,
if indeed there is to be a trophy patch

It all depends on how much time you have on your hands, there are several ways you can make your way through the game. It took me aprox 24 hours to complete the story. If you have the time you will enjoy doing it again to get the trophies, when they final get sorted.

They might be retroactive anyway, as Trophies were highly rumored to be part of GTA IV before it was released.

I heard there will be a patch for trophies, but they won't be retroactive.

I'm not bothered either way, but no way am i completing it to 100% if it isnt retroactive. It would be nice, but not bothered. If the code is already in there one would think it should know that it is your savegame and not downloaded?

R* social club thingy is connected to ur PSN...so maybe they can link the trophys awell.

Probably never, there's no revenue for them in doing so. I'm sure they're busy working away producing the exclusive DLC for the 360 which will make them money.
