Hi, I reckon Im reasonably close to finishing the game (65%, just finished the kill the Korean guy mission) and was wondering, for any of you that have finished the game:

If I want to get 100% or thereabouts, do I have to do everything before finishing the story missions, or can I bum around the city on my own afterwards?

it can be done whenever, before and after, and yes you are very very close to completing the game. I completed the main story at 64% so you must have done more non story centric stuff than me.
