Spoiler ---> kill playboy. you get his mansion, you get dwayne as a friend and has ability to use some of his men to help u on missions. plus i have heard if u kill playboy then u get 94/94 missions where as u get 90 if kill dwayne not sure on that though but i killed playboy and have done 94/94
