Hey guys

I've picked up a slim PS2 and plan to take it with me to the US wen i go to work there for a year. What's the situation regarding power usage?

It's an older slim with an external PSU, Do i just use the same 'brick' but just chuck a US 2 Pin lead on it instead of the 3 pin UK lead?

Or am i going to have problems?

You'll need a US power supply (Box and plug)

The Slim has a switching power supply so you will only need to change the cable to be able to plug it into the wall. If you check the label on the power supply you can see it will accept 100 - 240V.

It's cheaper and easier to just buy used when you arrive
