Hi all is there any way to ajust the horizontal position of the screen on the ps2, my picture sits to the left , with a thin black bar down the right hand side. also thin bars top and bottom, any help welcome. thanks in advance.

Update, connected with component cable and now I have a picture in the centre with a half inch border all the way round. Anyone know a fix for this please.

Quite a few games have display adjustment options. You could use these.

The TV itself may also be adjustable - you could check that.

Other than this, the PS2 has no global TV settings other than selecting RGB/Component and 16:9/4:3 TV modes.

Hi slaanesh even with the correct settings in place the picture still does'nt fully fit the screen. still got a black border all round the picture. With the component connection, I get 576i on most games,the games that let you select 50/60 hrz, If you select 60hrz you get 480p. then the picture fits the screen vertically, with black borders either side.
